Reporting

In order to achieve total transparency across the business, a range of key performance indicators and reports are implemented. Alchemy produces and summarizes regular reports in order to aid with the operational and financial running of the business. From these reports, targets are deduced in order to consistently drive the business forward.

Alchemy produces regular sales, marketing, financial, operational and shareholders reports. We also create key performance indicator reports (covering internal and external targets) which chart the business’ and individuals’ progress.

Reporting is integral to the work we do and informs owners of the way in which their business is progressing. All reports are individual and bespoke to your business.
